Shipping Policy
How long before my candles ship?
Current processing time is 2-3 business days for in stock items. Pre-orders can take up to a month to ship. Please reference the product description or reach out to use if you have questions about pre-order shipping times!
All orders over 1lb ship USPS Priority, which is an estimated 1-3 days from the time USPS receives the package. Orders under 1 lb ship via First Class USPS.
Can I rush my order?
Yes! It will be the express shipping option at checkout and your order will ship within 2 business days. This excludes pre-order items.
Where is my tracking information?
You will receive an email when your order ships, which contains your tracking information. Please ensure you add an email to your order and that is it correct. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can add your email and resend it!

Avenue Lex does not accept returns at this time. If you're looking to test out our scents before purchasing a large candle, Sample packs are available.
